This is the quickest upgrade set yet, but it took me awhile to get it done. I decided to add an RPM Front Bumper, RPM Front Light Bar and RPM Front A-Arms. Bolting these on is a snap ... only taking a few minutes. Wiring up LED lights for the front, now that took some time!
Recently, I had run the Jake's Performance Hobbies project 4x4 Slash with some guys in a large parking lot. Just plain ol' fun bashing around, parking lot style. Lot's of high speed action, with dangerous big curbs to bite the truck when the driver got a turn all wrong.
As the evening went on, it started getting dark and one of the guys (Randy) had LED's in his truck. It looked cool running at high speed with the lights on his rig, sooooo I wanted to add some to mine as well. This is a fairly simple thing to do, once you understand how the LED wiring works. It took me three times to get it right! The first wiring job was beautiful, the 2nd not so much and the 3rd work fine but does not look great.
Overall, the upgrades on this round are simple bolt on, with the exception of the wiring. RPM always does a good job of making sure their products work great, hold up better than stock, and bolt on easily without any modifications.
